Construction on Northline’s residential development is expected to begin before the end of 2021, according to a Nov. 3 release from Northline.

Northline’s first residential development will include for-sale townhomes, for-rent townhomes and for-rent apartments, according to Northline. When the mixed-use development is complete, there are expected to be 2,150 apartments and 250 townhomes in total at Northline.

Georgetown-based Novak Brothers will build the development’s for-sale townhomes. Construction on these townhomes will begin in early 2022 with the first townhomes ready in early 2023. Sales will start in the low $700,000s, and presales will begin in November, according to the release. There will be 69 townhomes built over two years, according to Northline.

“Northline is a game-changer for the region. With all of the amenities that this downtown urban hub will offer, this community is the perfect place to locate our next homes,” said Joy McVean, the managing director of Novak Residential, in the release.
